The bumper production worker operates and checks production machines, sorts, inspects, and packages bumpers, resolves minor malfunctions, and maintains quality control. The role requires fluent Dutch, reliability, punctuality, a practical hands-on approach, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule with an early shift starting at 5:10. Experience in production is a plus but not required. The starting wage is 19.1755, with a 12.5% shift premium, meal vouchers, stable contracts, training opportunities, and fixed days off.
