Description
The Productivity Platforms Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving productivity platforms, web browsers, and desktop applications while administering and automating Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Google Workspace environments. The role includes Tier 3 support, incident management, reporting, security, governance, and collaboration with UWIT teams and campus partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace for Education, along with cloud, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and API experience. The position is hybrid with onsite work in an open office and 24/7 on-call support, with a stated annual pay range of $99,228 to $161,244.
