Description
The Productization Engineering Lead bridges R&D and Operations to commercialize industrial sensing and embedded-systems products from prototype through production launch. The role leads product readiness, manufacturing processes, test methods, tooling, calibration, quality, engineering changes, BOMs, configuration control, root-cause investigations, and lifecycle support, while mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional activities. It requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least seven years of relevant experience, and expertise in analog circuits, embedded systems, microcontrollers, C/C++ firmware, PCB design, and industrial protocols.
