Description
The employer is hiring a production planner in Meckenbeuren to create and optimize manufacturing documents, analyze personnel and machine capacity, maintain production schedules and workflow data in the ERP system, document processes and KPIs, and coordinate with production, materials preparation, purchasing, and quality assurance. The role requires a technical education with Meister or Techniker training, extensive production-planning experience, experience implementing planning tools, knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage Bäurer, strong German language skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. The position offers 35 hours per week, a collective-bargaining salary, vacation and Christmas pay, performance participation, and other employee benefits.
