Description
Vodafone is hiring a Professional Application Operations Run to provide second-level support for applications, services, and infrastructure, monitor service-level agreements and KPIs, coordinate proactive optimization and incident-prevention measures, support monitoring and escalation management, and assist with application lifecycle and project work. The role requires an electrical engineering, computer science, dual-study computer science, or information technology vocational qualification, 1–2 years of initial professional experience or relevant IT or telecommunications operations experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and B2 English. It is based in Eschborn and can be performed full-time or on a near-full-time part-time basis of at least 30 hours, with flexible office or home work.
