Fondation Paul Bocuse offers a culinary apprenticeship for kitchen assistants, combining training at its center and in Maisons Bocuse restaurants and brasseries. The program lasts 12 weeks spread over 10 months, includes hands-on practice and a recognized food-service certification, and is intended to prepare apprentices for careers in food service. The next session is January 2027, but the apprenticeship contract can begin three months early in October 2026, with 14 places available in Lyon.
