Description
Clarity Squared Behavioral, Inc. is looking for a part-time, remote California-Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide telehealth therapy focused on workers' comp patients, veterans, surgical patients, and seniors. The role involves using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, PTSD, and grief. The ideal candidate will have experience with telehealth platforms, a strong understanding of CBT and other therapeutic modalities, and comfort with EHR systems like AthenaOne. While bilingualism in Spanish is highly preferred, it's not mandatory. The position offers flexible hours, high competition for compensation, and opportunities for equity participation.
