Professional Collection Specialist at Gulf RCM

Gulf Coast Collection Bureau is hiring a Bilingual Collection Specialist (English/Spanish) to contact consumers about outstanding accounts, negotiate payment arrangements and settlements, resolve account issues, document activity, and maintain compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and negotiation skills, basic computer proficiency, and confidentiality. Previous collections, customer service, call center, healthcare revenue cycle, or accounts receivable experience is preferred, and the position pays $15 per hour plus a commission structure.
