Professional Consultant for Digital Public Administration Projects – Migration and Internal Affairs (all genders) at ]init[ AG

The Professional Consultant advises public administration clients on IT and digitalization initiatives in Migration & Internal Affairs and internal security. The role analyzes complex subject-matter, organizational, and process issues; develops target visions and recommendations; facilitates workshops and stakeholder coordination; translates requirements into digital solutions; and supports implementation through piloting, testing, and go-live. The position is available full-time or part-time, remotely or in the office, and requires relevant public-sector consulting experience, strong German and English skills, and ideally a relevant degree.
