Hourly Professional Development Facilitator at Counseling In Schools

Counseling In Schools is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver 1-3-hour in-person professional development workshops for teachers, administrators, school-based mental health professionals, families, and students. The role involves creating learning environments, facilitating curricula, modeling restorative practices, and supporting participants across topics such as mental health, wellness, crisis management, educational strategies, and community building. Candidates should have experience creating curricula and facilitating workshops, knowledge of New York City public school environments, and a relevant degree or be currently pursuing one. Compensation is $75 per hour for planning and direct service.
