The Maryland Center for Computing Education (MCCE) within the University System of Maryland is hiring a Professional Development Specialist to lead statewide teacher professional learning in computing education. The role combines designing and delivering in-person and online educator workshops, coaching and mentoring teachers, supporting P–20 event logistics, and administering the Canvas LMS with technical troubleshooting, user support, and documentation. The position also includes data organization and reporting, requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, and is a one-year contractual role with potential renewal.
