Description
AKS is hiring an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) for its Public Works Team to serve as Engineer of Record for municipal clients. The role manages public infrastructure projects, reviews development applications and construction documents, supports planning, budgeting, rate studies, grant applications, ordinance and specification updates, and oversees project management and construction observation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least five years of civil engineering experience focused on public infrastructure, an active PE license, proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, and project management tools, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
