Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Flight Deck Integration & Human Factors Engineer to support the design, integration, evaluation, and certification of advanced aircraft flight deck systems. The role focuses on user-centered design, human-machine interfaces, cognitive and physical ergonomics, usability testing, simulation, task and workload analysis, human error analysis, verification and validation, and certification documentation. The engineer will work with pilots and flight crews, collaborate with avionics, systems, flight test, certification, industrial design, and other engineering organizations, and support new aircraft, cockpit modifications, avionics upgrades, and sustaining programs.
