Monash University is hiring a full-time Professional Experience Lead Coordinator for its Parkville campus to coordinate Work-Integrated Learning and placement programs, support stakeholder and industry engagement, and contribute to graduate employability projects. The role may lead and develop a small team and supports policy, compliance, quality, and continuous improvement activities. Candidates should have operational or program management experience, strong planning and communication skills, and knowledge of higher education WIL or placement programs. The position offers a continuing appointment with remuneration of $124,343–$137,251 HEW 08 plus 17% employer superannuation, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, and no visa sponsorship.
