Description
The Professional Fee Coding Educator trains CHS-affiliated providers and staff on accurate coding and documentation, conducts compliance reviews, develops educational materials, and reports compliance findings. The role requires an H.S. Diploma or GED, 2-4 years of experience in medical coding, documentation, or healthcare compliance, and familiarity with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements. A bachelor's degree in a related field, physician-office experience, and coding certifications are preferred.
