Description
Ardurra is hiring a Professional Geologist in Knoxville, Tennessee, to lead and support environmental and geotechnical projects throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. The role involves environmental site assessments, CERCLA and RCRA investigations, hydrogeology, groundwater modeling, drilling oversight, soil and bedrock core logging, remediation, brownfield redevelopment, geotechnical characterization, foundation and slope evaluations, and regulatory coordination. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an active Tennessee Professional Geologist license, 5–10 years of environmental consulting experience, current OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification, and the ability to support field investigations and occasional travel. Project management, geotechnical, and reporting experience are preferred, and the role includes mentoring junior staff and contributing to proposal development.
