Keoghs is recruiting an Associate to join its Professional Indemnity team in Liverpool, working on high-value and multi-party construction disputes, smaller construction claims, policy coverage advice, and disciplinary hearings. The role involves document review, investigations, evidence handling, counsel and expert instruction, research, drafting, court and trial attendance, and compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct. Applicants must be qualified solicitors or CILEX lawyers with previous defendant insurance, professional indemnity, and construction litigation experience. The position is permanent and may be full or part-time, with hybrid working requiring one office day per week.
