Keoghs is hiring a Senior Associate for its Professional Indemnity team in Birmingham. The role handles defendant insurance and professional indemnity claims across pre-action, ADR, litigation, and arbitration, including document review, investigations, evidence, counsel and expert instruction, research, drafting, court work, and compliance. The successful candidate must be a qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with previous defendant insurance or professional indemnity experience and the ability to manage and develop others. The position is permanent and full-time, with hybrid working requiring at least two days per week in the office.
