ADOMA is hiring a full-time Professional Integration Advisor – Work-Study Program in Essonne, France. Reporting to the Social Development Manager, the role supports residents with professional integration projects through individual assessments, group activities, social and administrative procedures, external partnerships, and personalized independence projects. The position is an apprenticeship contract starting in September 2026 and requires a Bac+2/3-level social or professional support qualification, strong communication and computer skills, discretion, and travel; initial social-sector experience and a category B driving license are preferred.
