ADOMA is hiring a full-time Professional Integration Advisor – Work-Study Program in Essonne, France. Reporting to the Social Development Manager, the role supports residents with professional integration projects through individual assessments, group activities, social and administrative procedures, external partnerships, and personalized independence projects. The position requires a Bac+2/3 qualification in social and professional support, strong listening, writing, argumentation, computer, and professional-distance skills, and initial experience in the social sector is appreciated. A category B driving license is preferred, travel is required, and the apprenticeship contract starts in September 2026.
