Professional IT Application Support Specialist at ]init[ AG

The Professional IT Application Support Specialist will support public contracting authorities with stable, efficient, and user-centered IT services by monitoring ITSM process compliance and effectiveness, creating decision-ready reports, conducting audits and improvement initiatives, aligning process requirements with users and product management, ensuring compliance of documentation and training materials, creating release plans, and supporting role definition. The role requires a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics or relevant vocational training plus several years of experience, along with ITSM/ITIL expertise, experience with BMC Remedy or Cherwell, incident, event, change, and release management knowledge, and strong German and English skills. The position is available full-time or part-time, remotely or in the office.
