Description
SOCOTEC is hiring an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to provide quality assurance and advisory oversight for its Survey Department in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The role reviews, signs, and seals survey and right-of-way plans; mentors junior staff; establishes QA/QC standards; oversees boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and as-built surveys; coordinates with engineering and environmental teams; supports PennDOT and municipal projects; and assists with proposals, scope development, and client relationships. The position requires at least eight years of progressive surveying experience, a Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor license, and familiarity with Pennsylvania survey standards and surveying software.
