Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking an Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney for its Westchester office. The role requires at least five years of experience representing design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect property cases, with trial experience and state and federal litigation experience preferred. The attorney will work in a team-based, client-focused practice, manage a caseload independently with support, and develop through mentorship from experienced shareholders and associates. Compensation is $130,000 to $200,000, with additional bonus opportunities and benefits.
