Description
The Materials Manager will lead fabric and trim development across apparel, gear, footwear, and logowear, guiding materials from concept through production hand-off. The role oversees color development, compliance, testing, documentation, vendor and sourcing coordination, budgeting, and a small team of material developers. Candidates need a related degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of technical fabric or trim development experience, and familiarity with PLM systems and fabric testing standards. Compensation is $100,000–$115,000 annually plus a bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
