Professional Operations Specialist at EPR1000EPSUS

CAI is hiring a Professional Services Operations Analyst in Bangalore to manage the day-to-day operational work of its Professional Services organization. The role owns SOW creation and execution, consultant assignment and resource planning, weekly timesheet and expense compliance, project budget and utilization tracking, month-end reconciliation, and real-time operational reporting using Power BI, Salesforce Service Cloud, and NetSuite. It requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite, BI reporting skills, strong Excel or Sheets ability, and core evening and night shift hours with mandatory in-office presence.
