The program offers a Level 5 RNCP qualification, 455 hours of training over 12 months in a work-study arrangement, or 406 hours over 6 months as a full-time course. It covers administrative and legal payroll management, payslip presentation, and processing professional payroll events, with e-learning, virtual classroom sessions, practical exercises, expert trainers, and individual mentoring.
