Description
The Registered Nurse Professional Development Specialist supports nursing professional development, education, competency validation, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and unit-based practice improvement. The role collaborates with the Professional Practice and Development team, PPD Specialists, nursing care teams, and unit leadership to promote safe, high-quality patient outcomes. It requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing, current New Jersey or multistate registered nurse licensure, AHA BLS, and 3–5 years of clinical experience.
