The role covers BIM-based project preparation, planning, execution, completion, risk management, stakeholder coordination, contract preparation, contractor monitoring, and technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams. Candidates need a university degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, extensive senior project management experience on complex railway infrastructure projects, and knowledge of applicable German construction and project management regulations.
