Description
UW Health is hiring a Professional Reimbursement Representative to follow up with third-party payers and patients on outstanding account balances, including credit balances, and to verify and update patient coverage information. The role requires 1 year of experience in an insurance, finance, medical, hospital, or customer service-related field, along with revenue cycle, Epic, medical and insurance terminology, CPT, ICD, and billing-form knowledge. It is a 1.0 FTE hybrid position with training Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., followed by schedule flexibility, and may require periodic onsite work at 7974 UW Health Ct. in Madison, Wisconsin.
