Description
SentinelOne is hiring a Professional Services Architect to lead customer engagements for SentinelOne EDR/XDR and Prompt Security implementations. The role owns technical discovery, solution design, architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, handover, and long-term customer success across endpoint, identity, cloud, and security operations environments. It is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role that partners with pre-sales, channel partners, and customers, with hybrid work available in Prague, Brno, or remote work in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
