Description
Lucid Software is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor and delivery lead for enterprise accounts using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The role partners with Fortune 500 stakeholders, designs customized consulting engagements, guides enterprise transformation, facilitates executive workshops, analyzes ambiguous business environments, extracts customer insights for product roadmaps, and develops case studies and industry presentations. It requires at least five years of consultative, customer-facing experience, knowledge of artificial intelligence, process management, or enterprise architecture, and experience presenting to senior enterprise stakeholders. The position is hybrid, with remote work and in-person collaboration at the South Jordan, Utah office two days per week.
