Description
ITRS is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to report to the Professional Services Team Lead and manage client-facing projects. The role covers business analysis, solution design, project and client management, ITRS software implementation, client handover, product training, and service improvement. It is based in London on a hybrid schedule and requires at least 12 months of hands-on experience, three years of client-facing and project-oriented experience, three years in a technical IT role, UNIX-based operating system experience, scripting and automation proficiency, and database and SQL knowledge.
