ITRS is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to report to the Regional Professional Services Team Lead (APAC) and lead or contribute to customer implementation projects. The role covers requirements gathering, solution architecture, installation, configuration, integration, project delivery, documentation, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams. It also involves improving Professional Services processes and service offerings. The position requires at least three years of customer-facing and project-based experience, hands-on ITRS Geneos experience, strong IT engineering or systems administration experience, scripting or automation skills, database and SQL knowledge, and practical Kubernetes experience.
