AlayaCare is hiring a full-time Professional Services Consultant (Clinical) to lead post-sale software implementation, advanced consulting, training, and clinical workflow configuration for aged and disability care clients. The role involves workshops, requirements and solution design, application configuration, data migration, issue resolution, customer communication, mentoring Professional Services Associates, and contributing to implementation best practices. It is hybrid, with two days in the office and three days working from home, and is based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth.
