KnowBe4 is hiring a Professional Services Consultant in Clearwater for candidates located in the greater Tampa Bay area. The customer-facing role owns the technical journey from discovery through production deployment, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, migration, troubleshooting, customer enablement, and handoff to Customer Success. The position requires at least one year of experience in professional services, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, familiarity with IT security and AI/SaaS technologies, and experience with M365 and/or Google Workspace.
