Abnormal AI is hiring a Professional Services Consultant for its Self-Serve Professional Services team to manage a large, high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments. The role focuses on fast, largely asynchronous activation and follow-up for enterprise email security and productivity products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, while troubleshooting blockers, monitoring deployment health, escalating complex issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidates need technical SaaS deployment experience, networking and email-security knowledge, strong analysis and communication skills, and at least two years of technical support or professional services experience; the role is based on the West Coast and offers a base salary of $84,200–$121,000 USD.
