Description
Bigblue is hiring a Head of Professional Services to build and lead a new professional services function from the ground up. The role will design operational consulting offers, pricing and delivery frameworks, merchant support programs, performance metrics, knowledge systems, and revenue models; manage repeatable and bespoke projects; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Customer, and executive teams. It is a cross-functional leadership role reporting to the co-CEOs, requiring at least five years of consulting, professional services, implementation, or related experience at a high-growth scale-up, logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS company, along with English fluency and ideally French or Spanish.
