Description
The NetApp Storage Consultant will support Cloud and Platform Customers by delivering Level 3 infrastructure improvements, designs, new installations, implementations, incident and request support, and problem management. The role focuses on NetApp storage and cloud products, including administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, replication, security hardening, automation, and disaster recovery, while also requiring knowledge of related infrastructure, protocols, ITIL, and cloud technologies.
