Description
Start.io is seeking a Professional Services Engineer / Technical Solutions Engineer to lead and manage technical integrations of third-party partner products into the Start.io platform and SDK, provide technical consulting and support, troubleshoot issues, contribute to product prioritization, improve delivery processes, and build internal tools and automation. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of technical solutions engineering experience, expertise in mobile and web technologies, APIs, databases, SQL, Excel, and AI agents, plus strong coordination and communication skills. Experience with analytics tools, digital advertising, advertising SDKs and protocols, and Java/Kotlin is preferred.
