Start.io is hiring a Professional Services Engineer / Technical Solutions Engineer to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and ongoing support of third-party partner integrations into the company’s mobile marketing and audience platform and SDK. The role combines partner onboarding, technical troubleshooting, product feedback, delivery and process improvement, and development of internal tools and automation. It requires a related bachelor’s degree, at least three years of technical solutions experience, mobile and internet technology knowledge, REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, AI agents, MongoDB, SQL, Excel, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; advertising, SDK, analytics, monitoring, Java/Kotlin, and ad protocol experience are advantageous.
