Description
SimpliGov is hiring a full-time, remote Professional Services Manager to lead a team of Analysts and/or Project Managers within Professional Services. The role oversees implementation quality, workload and capacity planning, performance management, hiring, customer satisfaction, project delivery, and team development, while also serving as project manager or lead on select projects. The manager reports to the Director of Professional Services and requires at least five years of people-management experience leading a team of at least five people, plus four years of SaaS or implementation experience with SimpliGov or a related practice area.
