Description
Axon is hiring a Professional Services Manager II for Axon Air to lead complex drone deployments for law enforcement, enterprise, and public safety agencies. The role serves as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, manages pre-sale and implementation activities, ensures FAA Part 107 compliance, coordinates third-party integrations, delivers advanced training, mentors peers, and provides feedback to product teams. It is remotely based from the United States with up to 80% travel and requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years of relevant professional services or UAS program management experience, and FAA Part 107 certification.
