Axon is hiring a Professional Services Manager to support Vehicle Intelligence and Automated License Plate Recognition solutions for public safety agencies across the United States. The role is remote in the United States with 100% travel and involves onsite technical deployment, configuration, validation, troubleshooting, customer onboarding, training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and feedback to product and engineering teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant technology-deployment experience and three years of hands-on ALPR experience, along with strong networking, communications, and field-deployment skills. The position offers a base pay range of $75,525 to $120,840 USD, plus 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and medical, dental, and vision plans.
