Description
HCRC is seeking a Soft Skills Instructor to support a federal client by facilitating soft-skills training, developing and testing learning materials, assessing training needs, and recommending program improvements. The role is onsite, may require travel and evening or weekend work, and requires a bachelor's degree, curriculum and program development knowledge, job-search and interview skills, technology integration, effective communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
