Professional Technical Specialist at ]init[ AG

The Professional Technical Specialist will support public-sector clients in improving the quality, effectiveness, and development of IT service processes. The role monitors ITSM process compliance and efficiency using KPIs, produces decision-ready reports, conducts audits and reviews, tracks improvement measures, aligns process requirements with users and product management, ensures documentation compliance, creates release plans, and supports role definition and staffing. Candidates need a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics or relevant vocational training plus several years of experience, along with ITSM/ITIL expertise, experience with BMC Remedy or Cherwell, process knowledge across incident, event, change, and release management, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and very good German and English. The position is available full-time or part-time, remotely or in the office, and may require a confidential security clearance.
