The program offers a Level 5 RNCP qualification and covers operational human-resources management and human-resources development through e-learning, virtual classroom sessions, case studies, and expert mentoring. It can be completed in 12 months through work-study or in 6 months through a non-work-study program with CPF or personal funding.
