North Carolina A&T State University is hiring a permanent, full-time Professor/Chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering to lead the department’s faculty and staff. The role oversees research, teaching, ABET accreditation, curriculum development, budget management, faculty recruitment and mentoring, and partnerships with corporations, donors, and alumni. Candidates must hold a terminal degree in electrical or computer engineering or a closely related discipline, have qualifications commensurate with a Full Professor, and demonstrate at least six years of teaching, research, and scholarly activity. The position is tenure-track, 40 hours per week, and may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement subject to university and state policies.
