Fulda University of Applied Sciences is hiring a Professor “Human Nutrition” (W2) in the Department of Oecotrophology to teach research-based and practice-oriented courses across Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, integrate human nutrition and dietetics into the curriculum, develop degree programs, conduct English-language teaching, participate in interdisciplinary research and public outreach, and engage in academic self-governance. The role requires a relevant doctorate, professional experience in human nutrition or dietetics, and strong teaching and scientific-aptitude qualifications; experience in nutrition counseling and therapy and international research experience are desired. The position is generally filled under a three-year civil-service probationary period and is available on an unlimited basis.
