The Technical University of Deggendorf is hiring a full-time Professor for the teaching area “Smart Energy Systems and Power Grids” at its European Campus Rottal-Inn in Pfarrkirchen. The role combines teaching, research, student training, development of the campus, and establishment of new degree programs, with a focus on smart energy technology, intelligent control, and system planning. Candidates should have a completed university degree, preferably a PhD, strong scientific and teaching aptitude, at least five years of professional practice after university completion, and experience in intelligent energy systems, power grids, e-learning, and third-party funding.
