META-Regalbau GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Profiler / Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) for roll formers in its profile manufacturing department. The role involves setting up, operating, monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining roll-forming machines; checking dimensional accuracy and surface quality; documenting production data; resolving faults; and contributing to process and quality improvement. Candidates need several years of experience in steel-series production, roll-former knowledge, technical understanding, German proficiency at least at B1, and willingness to work in a two-shift system. The position is based in Arnsberg, Westphalia, North Rhine-Westphalia, and includes training, retirement contributions, health initiatives, and 30 vacation days.
